Homemade Gluten-Free Granola
The best granola you have ever tasted. It is sooooo good………. It is delicious, crunchy, very low in sugar, naturally sweet, and extremely easy to make!!
It literally took me 5 minutes to mix everything into a bowl and another 15’ to bake it!
It is vegan and gluten-free as well as high in protein and essential fatty acids!!!! Its main ingredients are buckwheat and oats, both superfoods that are highly nutritious and known for their benefits in improving heart health, supporting bowel movements, promoting weight loss and helping manage diabetes.

Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked organic buckwheat
1 cup rolled oats (gluten free if needed)
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup raw chia seeds
¼ cup raw sesame seeds
¼ cup ground almonds
¼ cup ground walnuts
2 tbsp organic coconut sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil (solid)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp Himalayan salt
Method:
Preheat the oven to 175C
In a medium-size bowl place all the ingredients and mix them well until well coated.
Spread them on a baking dish lined with parchment paper and press firmly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-17’
Remove the baking dish from the oven and let your granola cool down completely before transferring it in a glass jar to store.
Use it as a morning cereal with plant-based milk, coconut yoghurt or any other plant-based yoghurt, sprinkle it on top of your porridge or acai bowl!!!!! There are so many ways to eat it!!!
